Delivery Timeframe: We aim to deliver your furniture order within 7 to 14 business days from the date of purchase. However, please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and the availability of the product. We will keep you updated with the delivery status of your order through email and SMS.

Shipping Charges: We offer free shipping across India for all orders placed on our website.

Delivery Partner: We partner with reputed logistics companies to deliver your order. Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the product at the shipping address provided by you. In case you are not available to receive the product, our delivery partner will make a maximum of two attempts to deliver the product before it is returned to our warehouse. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

Inspection at the Time of Delivery: We request you to inspect the product at the time of delivery. In case you notice any damage or defects, please inform our delivery executive immediately. We will make all efforts to replace the product as soon as possible.

Delay in Delivery: In case there is a delay in the delivery of your order due to unforeseen circumstances, we will keep you informed through email and SMS. We will also provide an estimated delivery date.

Cancellation of Order: If you wish to cancel your order, please inform us within 24 hours of placing the order. We will refund the amount paid by you through the original mode of payment by cutting 2-3% of the payment gateway charges.

Return and Refund Policy: We have a hassle-free return and refund policy. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please inform us on the same day of delivery. We will arrange for the product to be picked up from your location and provide you with a replacement or a refund. The return shipping costs will be bear by your side.

Refund: Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will initiate a refund. The refund amount will be the original purchase amount minus the 2.5-3% payment gateway charges along with shipping charges incurred by us for the initial delivery of the product. The refund will be processed through the original mode of payment.
